Welcome to the 39th Annual Meeting of Korean Society of Gynecologic Oncology is pleased to offer a wide selection of hotels with discounted rates. Official hotels below were selected after careful consideration of several factors including security, price, convenient accessibility and others. All participants can enjoy special rates arranged by the KSGO 2024.
How to Reserve a Room
Participants can make a reservation directly to the hotel via e-mail.
Please download a reservation form and send the completed form via e-mail.
The confirmation letter will be sent to the respective participant by the designated hotel office on the condition of appropriate reservation status.
Important Notes
The deadline to book accommodations is April 10th.
All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking via e-mail to the hotel directly.
Also, any changes or requests in booking must be informed to the hotel.
Deadlines of Hotel reservation are subjected to the hotel.
Early room bookings are highly recommended for guarantee your room reservation.
Please refer to terms and conditions stated in the hotel reservation form.
Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be informed to the hotel in advance.
However, additional charges may be charged depending on room availability.
All rates are quoted in South Korean Won (KRW). Please click “Currency Converter” to check the exchange rates.
Cancelation Policy
